- Candidates for this position must have a minimum of HND or B.Sc qualification in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in a similar role in a Microfinance Bank.
- Possession of the CIBN Microfinance Certified Banker certification is an advantage.
