We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Candidates should be able to arrange, implement and monitor marketing and sales campaigns.
• Participate in all strategy sessions to identify customer and prospect sales opportunities.
• Manage or coordinate marketing multiple campaigns for different product lines.
• Contribute to quantitative and qualitative campaign research.
• Coordinate activities to stimulate online transactions for customer facing internet.
• Assist customer database maintenance as well as provide status reports for marketing campaign.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with varied Mercer lines of business.
• Provide applicable, compel and develop solutions to attain advertiser objectives.
• Perform cross-functionally with marketing, sales and operations to prepare and present solutions to customers.
• Consult with Product Marketing to facilitate shape product development assisting client needs.
• Prepare short and long-term plans to ensure adaption of identified strategies, evaluate implications of plans inclusive of risks.
• Convey recommended strategies and attain buy-in from marketing senior management and main internal stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• Experience: 1-2 years
• Sex: Male and Female
• Age: 20-35

Skills:

• Applicant must be an excellent communicator, should be comfortable talking with clients (via phone, email and in person), detail-oriented in context of a fast-paced environment, exceptional analytical skills, able to identify and communicate opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell, pleasant, personable demeanour (in-person, phone and email), keen ability to multi-task; self-starter, strong team collaboration skills an ability to grasp and communicate the message, teachable spirit.

Salary
25,000.00 with allowance
