Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for real estate agent jobs include:
- Using advertisements to promote the sale of a property.
- Advising sellers on things they can do to make their home more appealing to buyers.
- Generating lists of potential properties that are compatible with a buyer's needs.
- Working with appraisers and the client to determine a fair and competitive market price.
- Working as an intermediary between the buyers and the sellers. It's very uncommon for the two sides to communicate directly while working with a real estate agent.
- A good B.Sc/HND in any relevant field.
- A good command of English language is essential.
- Previous experience in marketing or within the real estate industry is desired but not essential.
- Ability to quickly adapt to the job demands.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to relate comfortably and professionally with clients of all levels.
