Job Title: Factory Admin Officer

Job Description

  • Assist with preparation of the budget
  • Implement financial policies and procedures
  • Reconcile the general ledger
  • Prepare and reconcile general bank statements
  • Establish and maintain supplier accounts
  • Ensure data is entered into the system
  • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized
Requirements
  • Must be a graduate with at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing company
  • Must have knowledge in preparation of financial statements
  • Must have knowledge of the administration of employee benefits.
  • Must pay attention to details with strong analytical skills
